SHIPPING POLICY
- Most of our pieces are dispatched within 1-3 working days. When an item is not in stock it will be made to order, these items can take from 14 – 21 days to produce, this will always be indicated on the product page before your purchase. If you need an item for a specific date please get in touch and where possible we will accommodate your request.
- For all "Made to Order" pieces (Orders above INR 7500), we shall confirm the order only after receiving advance payment for the same.
- Our delivery is free for domestic orders.
- In case of orders with delivery address outside India, please put your zip code to find out the shipping cost.
- International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country. Please note that unfortunately we do not cover these costs as these will vary between countries. We cannot advise how much these will be prior to shipment. If you would like to find out how much customs charges will be in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
All our products are hand finished by traditional craftsmen in Jaipur, that makes them unique. The texture & colour of the gemstones may vary slightly in the photograph and reality.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Orders once placed will not be refunded, returned or cancelled under any circumstances.
- All our products are quality checked before they are dispatched for shipping. However, there might be a fault that passed unnoticed. In that case please email us at hi@unbentjewellery.com with subject as ‘Return: Order No. – XX” with the photograph of the damaged item.
- In case, you change your mind after purchasing a product, you can get a credit note of the same after we receive your returned item.
