Our jewellery is made to last, but your style may evolve. That’s why we offer our 50% Exchange Value Program—trade in your cherished Amrrutam 925 Silver piece and receive 50% of its original paid value as exchange credit.
Eligibility: Valid for purchases made in 2025 onwards. 

Eligibility Criteria – Unbent Exchange Promise

• Purchase Date: Applicable only to jewellery purchased on or after 1st September 2025.
• Minimum Value: Valid for silver jewellery purchases above ₹20,000.
• Exchange Window: Eligible after 1 full year from the original purchase date.
  (Example: If purchased on 15th September 2025, eligible on or after 15th September 2026)
• Exchange Value: 50% of the original paid price will be issued as store credit or adjusted towards your next Unbent purchase.
• Product Condition: Must be returned in acceptable, undamaged condition.
• Original Design: The piece must be unaltered and identical to the original design purchased. Any modifications, repairs, or alterations by third parties will make it ineligible.
• Authenticity: Only applicable for authentic Unbent Jewellery. Not valid for customised designs.

 

How to Exchange Your Unbent Jewellery

2. Proof of Purchase – Provide your original order number or invoice.

3. Quality Check – Once we receive the piece, our quality control team will verify its condition, authenticity, and eligibility.

4. Receive Your Credit – On approval, your 50% exchange value will be issued as store credit or applied directly towards your new Unbent design.

• The exchange value can only be used for purchases on www.unbentjewellery.com and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Return Shipping cost of upto INR 500/- will be deducted from the total exchange value.
